also known as: Androxal, trans-clomiphene, Enclomiphene citrate
Half-life: ~5–7 days
Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of clomiphene citrate (Clomid) — the pure estrogen-receptor-blocking isomer without the estrogenic activity of the zuclomiphene isomer. It blocks hypothalamic estrogen receptors to remove negative feedback on GnRH, increasing LH and FSH release, and thus stimulating natural testosterone production.
Mechanism of Action
Selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that blocks ER-α in the hypothalamus, disrupting negative feedback from estrogen on GnRH pulsatility. This raises LH and FSH from the pituitary, driving Leydig cells in the testes to increase testosterone production.
Gonadorelin stimulates pituitary directly; Enclomiphene removes hypothalamic suppression — attack the HPG axis at two levels.
HCG directly stimulates testicular testosterone; Enclomiphene stimulates the pituitary — complementary for comprehensive testosterone support.
None listed.
Use Gonadorelin on-cycle to maintain testicular function; transition to Enclomiphene post-cycle for HPG axis restart.
Storage
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
