also known as: Cartilage peptide bioregulator, AKG tripeptide
Half-life: Very short; tissue-binding duration unknown
Cartalax is a tripeptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp or similar) that specifically targets cartilage and connective tissue gene expression. It was developed alongside other Russian bioregulator peptides to address cartilage degeneration and joint aging.
Mechanism of Action
Binds chromatin in chondrocytes and fibroblasts, upregulating genes involved in collagen type II synthesis, proteoglycan production, and cartilage matrix maintenance.
BPC-157 drives the vascular and inflammatory healing response while Cartalax rebuilds the cartilage matrix.
TB-500 promotes cell migration; Cartalax ensures cartilage-specific tissue is laid down properly.
Adding Cartalax to the Wolverine Stack creates a comprehensive joint healing protocol.
None listed.
GHK-Cu for collagen skin/wound healing; Cartalax for cartilage-specific reconstruction — run in sequence.
Storage
Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Stable for months lyophilized.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Small volumes due to low dose.
