also known as: Pineal bioregulator, EDR tripeptide
Half-life: Unknown; likely very short
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) bioregulator targeting pineal gland tissue. The pineal gland produces melatonin and is the master circadian rhythm regulator. Pinealon aims to support pineal function, restore melatonin production, and protect neurons from hypoxic/ischemic damage.
Mechanism of Action
Chromatin-binding tripeptide that activates gene expression in pinealocytes (pineal cells), supporting melatonin synthesis and circadian regulation. Also shown to be neuroprotective against ischemia and oxidative stress in neural tissue.
Epithalon directly stimulates melatonin production via the pineal gland; Pinealon supports the cells producing it — highly complementary.
DSIP induces delta sleep waves; Pinealon supports the melatonin/circadian system that regulates sleep architecture — comprehensive sleep stack.
Cortagen supports cortical neurons; Pinealon supports pineal neurons — complementary brain bioregulators.

Alternate brain bioregulators (Pinealon) and immune bioregulators (Vilon) in comprehensive longevity cycles.
