also known as: HGH Fragment 176-191, AOD9604 precursor fragment
Half-life: ~30 minutes
GH Fragment 176-191 is the C-terminal peptide fragment of human growth hormone (residues 176–191). It specifically mimics the fat-mobilizing activity of GH without stimulating IGF-1 production, offering targeted lipolysis without the growth or glucose effects of full HGH.
Mechanism of Action
Stimulates lipolysis through β3-adrenergic receptor activation and inhibits lipogenesis in adipocytes. Reduces fat storage enzyme (LPL) activity. Does not bind the growth hormone receptor and does not raise IGF-1.
CJC-1295 drives GH secretion; GH Frag provides the specific lipolytic fragment independently.
Ipamorelin adds GH pulse; GH Frag directs the fat-loss benefit.
GLP-1/GIP agonist reduces appetite; GH Frag actively mobilizes stored fat — complementary fat loss mechanisms.
AOD9604 is a modified version of this exact fragment — highly similar mechanism, do not combine.
Alternate GH Frag cycles with 5-Amino-1MQ to maintain metabolic rate through different mechanisms.
Storage
Refrigerate reconstituted. Stable lyophilized at room temperature.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
