also known as: Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29
Half-life: ~30 minutes
CJC-1295 without Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) is a modified form of GHRH (1-29) with four amino acid substitutions that extend its half-life from 7 minutes to ~30 minutes. It stimulates natural GH pulses from the pituitary without causing continuous (non-pulsatile) GH elevation.
Mechanism of Action
Binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, amplifying the amplitude of the natural GH pulse. The modifications (D-Ala, Gln, Ala, Leu substitutions) protect against dipeptidyl peptidase IV degradation.
The classic GH stack — GHRH + GHRP for synergistic amplification of GH pulse.
Alternative to Ipamorelin — stronger GH release but more side effects.
Powerful GH release combination; more hunger side effects vs Ipamorelin.
Both are GHRH analogs and are generally not combined; use one or the other.
CJC with DAC and without DAC are two versions of the same peptide — do not combine.
Sermorelin is a shorter GHRH analog; combining with CJC-1295 is redundant receptor stimulation.
Tesamorelin is another GHRH analog — redundant when combined with CJC-1295.
This blend already contains CJC-1295 No DAC.
