also known as: Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6, His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2
Half-life: ~15–60 minutes
GHRP-6 is one of the original synthetic growth hormone secretagogues, a hexapeptide that binds ghrelin receptors (GHS-R1a) to stimulate GH release. It is the most hunger-inducing of the GHRPs due to its more potent ghrelin mimicry, which can be used strategically for individuals who need to increase appetite (e.g., during a bulk).
Mechanism of Action
Potent GHS-R1a agonist that stimulates GH release from the pituitary. Also more potently mimics ghrelin's appetite-stimulating effects than Ipamorelin or GHRP-2, which can cause significant hunger 30–60 minutes post-injection.
The gold standard GHRH + GHRP combination for potent GH release.
Sermorelin + GHRP-6 for a milder, classic GH stack.
Both are GHRPs — pick one. Ipamorelin is cleaner; GHRP-6 is stronger with more side effects.
Both act on the same ghrelin receptor — using two GHRPs is redundant.
Oral ghrelin mimetic — redundant with injectable GHRP-6.
This blend already includes a GHRP (Ipamorelin).
Cycle GHRP-6 during bulking phases (appetite increase useful), then Ipamorelin during cuts (cleaner, no appetite stimulation).
Storage
Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F).
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water.
