also known as: GLOW, Skin Healing Blend
Half-life: GHK-Cu: minutes to hours; BPC-157: ~4 hours; TB-500: ~days (slow release from binding proteins)
The Glow Blend is a triple-peptide injectable blend combining GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg) in a standard 70 mg vial. GHK-Cu drives collagen remodeling and skin rejuvenation, BPC-157 accelerates tissue repair and angiogenesis, and TB-500 promotes cellular migration and recovery. Together they form a comprehensive skin health and healing protocol in a single vial.
Mechanism of Action
GHK-Cu activates collagen and elastin gene expression via copper-mediated signaling, reducing inflammatory cytokines and stimulating fibroblasts. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis, accelerates tendon-to-bone healing, and modulates nitric oxide production. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) upregulates actin polymerization and cell migration pathways, accelerating tissue regeneration and reducing inflammation.
KLOW adds KPV to the GLOW base — identical healing/skin action plus potent anti-inflammatory and gut support.
Epithalon addresses cellular and telomeric aging while GLOW handles structural tissue and skin regeneration — complementary anti-aging axes.
GHK-Cu is a primary component of the GLOW Blend — do not add standalone GHK-Cu.
BPC-157 is a component of the GLOW Blend — do not stack standalone BPC-157.
TB-500 is a component of the GLOW Blend — do not stack standalone TB-500.
The Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) is already contained within GLOW.
KLOW is a superset of GLOW — pick one or the other, not both.
GH secretagogues amplify systemic tissue repair and recovery alongside the targeted action of GLOW.
Adding a GH peptide blend drives systemic IGF-1 production to complement the local healing action of GLOW.
Storage
Lyophilized: -20°C (-4°F) long-term. Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F) after reconstitution. Use within 4 weeks.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water. Yields 35 mg/mL total concentration. Each 10 units (U-100) = 0.10 mL = 3.5 mg total peptide.
