Half-life: GHK-Cu: minutes–hours; BPC-157: ~4 hours; TB-500: days; KPV: ~15–30 minutes
The KLOW Blend is a four-peptide injectable blend: GHK-Cu (50 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), and KPV (10 mg) in a standard 80 mg vial. It builds on the GLOW Blend by adding KPV, a potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from α-MSH. The result is comprehensive healing, skin regeneration, and systemic anti-inflammatory support in one vial.
Mechanism of Action
GHK-Cu drives collagen remodeling and fibroblast activation. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and accelerates tissue repair via nitric oxide and growth factor signaling. TB-500 accelerates cell migration through actin upregulation. KPV binds melanocortin receptors (MC1R/MC3R) and inhibits NF-κB, reducing TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 to dampen systemic and gut inflammation. All four components converge on tissue regeneration and inflammation resolution.
Epithalon adds cellular anti-aging (telomere/circadian) to KLOW's structural healing and anti-inflammatory action.
GH secretagogues amplify systemic tissue repair alongside KLOW's targeted healing.
KLOW is a superset of GLOW (all GLOW components are in KLOW) — use one or the other.
GHK-Cu is a primary component of KLOW — do not add standalone.
BPC-157 is a component of KLOW — do not stack standalone.
TB-500 is a component of KLOW — do not stack standalone.
KPV is a component of KLOW — do not stack standalone.
The Wolverine Stack is already contained within KLOW.
GH peptides drive systemic IGF-1 to complement the local healing action of KLOW.
NAD+ adds mitochondrial and sirtuin anti-aging pathways not directly covered by KLOW.
Storage
Lyophilized: -20°C (-4°F) long-term. Refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F) after reconstitution. Use within 4 weeks.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water. Yields 40 mg/mL total concentration. Each 10 units (U-100) = 0.10 mL = 4 mg total peptide.
